Return and Refund policy
To cancel your order, simply visit the 'My Orders' section. Please be aware that orders can only be cancelled until they are dispatched. If you've made a pre-paid order, the refunded amount will be returned to the same mode of payment used for the purchase within 2-5 working days.
Once an order has been printed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order after it has been shipped but before it's delivered, please refrain from accepting the delivery. Once we receive the book(s) back and verify their packaging and condition, we'll process your refund within 10-15 working days.
You are eligible for a return or exchange without any extra charges only in the following cases:
- Missing content
- Damage
- Delivery of the wrong book
To request a return or exchange, go to the Orders section of your profile within 24 hours of delivery. Specify whether you want a return or exchange, state the reason, and include up to 5 images of the book.
Please allow 10 to 15 days from the date of your return/exchange request for processing. We may contact you to assess any damage or defects in the book(s) before issuing a refund or replacement.
If you've received the wrong product, please keep it safe and undamaged. Also, retain the invoice and packaging for a successful pick-up and return.
